My Shipping Manager is extremely slow, sometimes taking 5 minutes or more to open.

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @ccmf.

 

There may be a broken QuickBooks component which causes the shipping manager to slow down.

 

You can run a QuickBooks tool hub to fix this. I'll guide you how.

 

  1. Close the QuickBooks.
  2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. After installing, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Once done, select the Program Problems to continue the process.
