Need toI get miles, $/mi, and total $ to print on a voucher check. The item tab calc's the total from miles x rate, but only the descrip. and total $ print on the check.

Currently, there isn't an option for us to print your voucher check that way. QuickBooks will only fill in the payment information when printing checks. You can add the $/mi and the total $ in the description section.

Let me guide you how.

1. Go to Banking, then Write Checks (CTRL+W).
2. Enter the check info and manually type in dollars per mile and the total dollar in the Description field.
3. Click Save or Print. Please see attached screenshot below.
