New Computer Woes (Mac)

First, I can't navigate the Intuit / Quickbooks web site to figure out what I am paying for each month.  I assume it is one of the Quickbooks Online services but I'm not 100% sure or clear.

On my old computer, I had an icon I could click and it would bring up a window.  The window looks almost identical to the web page when I log in to the QuickBooks Online.  But I can't seem to find where / how to download the app.

The old computer was running Mojave.  The new one is running Catalina.  Indeed, its the same physical machine.  I just wiped it clean and did a fresh install to get rid of all the old kruff.

Hi there, pedz.

Thank you for posting here in QuckBooks Community.

To see what you've purchased for QuickBooks Desktop products and services, you can use CAMPs and sign to that site. This way, you're able to know what you paid for, when you paid, and what card you used and you'll see anything billed in the last two years.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or get help signing in.

2. Choose View your transaction history.

3. On the Time Period drop-down menu, select a date range of transactions.

4. Look the order you need, then select the order number to see order details.

5. Select Print this page to print the transaction list.

6. Choose Back to my Account to go back to your CAMPS dashboard.
