New version Quickbooks app n my Desktop

I downloaded and installed new version of the app for my desktop the new version will not show me the login screen please help

Hi @Cody H,

 

We have an on-going issue where QuickBooks Online (QBO) users are encountering errors with the new update.

 

As a workaround, you can log in to your QBO company using a supported web browser. This is only temporary until our engineers have fixed the issue.

 

Please leave a comment below or post again if you have other concerns.

We're still working on a permanent resolution for this issue. If you have the option to download the previous version of the app, then you can do so. If not, you can use the web browser to access your company file.

 

I'd also suggest giving us a call so you'll be added as one of the affected users on this issue. Once a solution is available, we'll send you an email update.

 

Here's how to get our contact number:

  1. Go to this link https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click the Company setup & importing topic.
  4. Click the Sign-in sub-topic.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.
