One of my credit card bank feeds won't update. There is no error message, however. It just won't update when I click on "Update". I'm not sure how to fix this.

One of my credit card bank feeds won't update. There is no error message, however. It just won't update when I click on "Update". I'm not sure how to fix this.

I've checked our records and didn't see any open cases similar to yours, KZ2018.
 

Since you’ve mentioned that your bank feeds won’t sync by clicking the Update button, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team. They can verify and review the issue further. Here's how to contact them:
 
  1. In your QuickBooks company, go to the Help button.
  2. Enter your concern in the Search box and then select the Contact Us button.
  3. Choose how you want to reach them.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Confirm your transaction.

 
Also, you can contact them Monday to Friday 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. and Saturday 6 A.M to 3 P.M.

If you wish to download bank transactions, you can use the WebConnect feature or Excel CSV files to import these transactions manually.
