I had a similar problem at a clients office, downgrading from office 64bit to Office 32bit solved the issue,   note this was tested and worked on 5 distinct machines.

Thank you for that advice! Unfortunately, I have found that 64bit Office to be a bit faster so I would prefer not to 'downgrade'. Odd that the 32bit version would solve this. I'll live with this inconvenience unless or until it becomes too inconvenient. ;-) Thanks again!

Does anyone know if Quickbooks has fixed this compatibility problem? I would like to upgrade to Outlook 2016 but I need to be able to email invoices.

"I have found that 64bit Office to be a bit faster so I would prefer not to 'downgrade'. Odd that the 32bit version would solve this"

MicroSoft Office support articles specify that there likely will be third-party integration problems when installing Office as 64-bit.
