PayPal Connect stopped importing transactions 11 days ago. There is no error message and all appears as it is connected ok. Please advise on ideas on troubleshooting.

If it is running smoothly, then Paypal Connect may be down.

They have started an investigation to implement a permanent fix. As a workaround, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a WebConnect file.

To receive updates on this, I highly recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They can pull up your account and add you to the list of affected users.

1. From the Help menu, click on Contact us.
2. Enter your concern and select Let's talk.
3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.

Now that your transactions are in QuickBooks, it’s time to go to the Banking menu to match and categorize the transactions.
