Yes, you can print your Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks Desktop, too, mox.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click Lists at the top menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. At the bottom Chart of Accounts window, click the Account button.
  3. Select Print List... (Ctrl+P). If you received a prompt message, you can click OK.
  4. In the Print Lists window, select the Print or Preview button.

That should do it! You might also want to view the screenshots I've added below.

I'll be right here if you need further assistance with this. Have a great day!

Thanks James.  How do I eliminate the Income Tax Line column and/or modify this particular report?

Thanks for joining, @Tim1448.

I'm glad you're able to access this report in QuickBooks by performing the steps provided by my colleague. Allow me to add a few steps to get what you need.

Once you've opened the Chart of Accounts, you can go to the account listing first to add/remove the columns you prefer.

Here's how:

  1. Open the Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow for the Reports tab at the bottom.
  3. Select Account Listing.
  4. On the Account Listing report, click the Customize Report tab.
  5. Go to the Display folder.
  6. Uncheck the Tax Line on the Columns section.
  7. Click OK.

When you're ready to print, just click the Print tab and select Report.

You can further customize this report the way you prefer. I'll include this helpful guide in case you need it: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know. I'm glad to help.
