I already tried using a different browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) to fix issues. and also tried using an incognito window. But couldn't see "retry section' to attempt for the 2nd time which was not passed (Section 6: Preparing clients’ books).

At the upper-right corner, click Help that's indicated with a question mark.
From the prompt, select Contact us.
Enter your concern with regards to the missing retry option, then, click Continue.
You can either Start a chat or Get our phone number.
