Problem Downloading Transactions

Before I updated my Quickbooks Desktop I was able to download transactions from our company account online. I can still download transactions from our checking account but when I download transactions from our credit card account, both from the same institution and under the same account, Quickbooks popups a notice that says "Quickbooks is unable to verify the financial institution for this download. Please try again later." I have been trying since yesterday. Help!

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help share information about downloading transactions into QuickBooks.

 

I've checked that there are several issues reported with the same error message, to help me verify this further, can I ask the name of your bank?

 

As of now, I suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Desktop Support to check and investigate this further for you. Our support has the tools to pull up your account securely and can generate a screen sharing tool for additional help.

 

To contact support:

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
