Processing credit card payments customers and I get this error message: Error You can try again, or come back later and try connecting then. Any ideas?

We've received reports that customers are getting the error when trying to make payments through E-invoice, completehorticul. 

 

We are working on for a fix to this issue and we'll notify you once updates or resolution is available. For you to be added to our notification list, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team. 

 

  1. From the Help menu, indicated with a question mark, click Contact us
  2. Enter your question that you got an error when processing payments. 
  3. Click Let's talk
  4. Choose a way on how you'll want to connect with us. It can be via chat or call

Hi Quickbooks,

 

Is this bug resolved? Are credit card payments still held up by this error message? If so, what are the alternatives besides canceling Quickbooks altogether?
