I’m not aware of anything within the program that will automatically send an email to your vendor to let them know that you receive the PO. However, you could possibly create a zap in the app, Zapier, With the trigger that when you enter a purchase order it creates an email.
Hi @Anonymous: The same thing should apply. Create a zap back to your client once the trigger of adding a PO is entered. Other than that, you would have to manually add it. You could click feedback in under the help tab and request that feature. I think others may like it as well.
