I am sorry I have quickbooks desktop pro plus 2021. When I click on Employees the employee Center and the payroll Center shows. It does not say anything about installing from a box. when I go to payroll center it say I must download and install the latest payroll update before i can process payroll forms. After saying ok it say I must download and install the latest payroll update again. Then an unrecoverable error occurs

I have purchased my new subscription from Staples as a download. I currently have 2 companies that I need to install payroll for, so I'll need 2 of my service keys for now and access to the 3rd soon. Please give me the steps to cancel my old subscription and begin with the new.
