Join nowI use Intuit Online Payroll and export transactions to IIF files. Never had a problem importing until R32 version. I now get Warning message "You cannot record a negative deposit".
The import fails. Again, never an issue before. Prior IIF files are same exact format.
How do I fix this so I can import data??

Thank you so much, that solved the problem. Haven't done a Verify and Rebuild in quite a while, glad it fixed the import issue.

Unrelated but quick question: are you able to use QB for Mac 2016 on the Mojave OSX?
I am currently using QB for Mac 2016 on El Capitan and I want to upgrade to Mojave but I can't find anywhere that it's compatible.
Thank you!
Hello Jack,
Yes, you can use the Mojave OSX as long as your QuickBooks for Mac 2016 Release version is R6 or later. Check out this article for more information: System Requirements for QuickBooks 2016.
Once you install QuickBooks, you'll want update the release version to make it compatible with your new operating system.
You can also use this article for reference: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the Latest Release.
