QB 2019 Installation Issues

I have a client who is having issues installing Quickbooks 19 Desktop. He went through the installation process to the point of calling for the authorization code. After he entered the code and got off the phone he was asked for a password. 

 

Why would the installer ask for a password to finish the process? He tried to reset the password to be able to get in and receives a notice that his email is invalid. 

 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

To completely install the QuickBooks Desktop 2019, I recommend calling our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. They have additional tools do pull up the account of your client and further assist on resetting the password in QuickBooks company file.

 

Here's how you can contact our technical support:

  1. Follow the Official Intuit Contact link.
  2. Select your QuickBooks product.
  3. Select an issue type from the menu below, you need only to select two options for the contact information to appear.
  4. Click Get Phone Number at the bottom.
