There is currently an ongoing issue with the QBO mobile app giving an error when editing sales transactions. Our Support Team is already conducting investigations to identify why this unexpected behavior is happening.
While we don't have the exact timeline on when this issue gets resolved, I would advise that you call our QuickBooks Online Care Team. They can add your email to the notification list to receive live updates about the status of the issue. Please have them to add you to the investigation number INV-34761.

Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
Tap the Contact us button.
In the meantime, you can open your QBO account on a regular browser for you to complete your tasks until we fix the issue.
