QB Money signup fails at address verification.

Hello,

I am trying to signup for a QB Money account. I have a QB GoPayment account. When I go through the signup process on the app, it gets stuck at verifying my business address. It requires my physical address for my company, it won't accept a PO box, which my mailing address is. I received an email that my application for QB Money has been denied because my business couldn't be verified. It also says that I can try signing up again with a different email address and password. I don't have other email addresses.

QB Money signup fails at address verification.

I'm here to help you sign in to your QuickBooks Merchant account, JWHIII.

When registering for an account on our platform, we require verification of your identity and authorize the collection of information such as your date of birth and address.

Therefore, we encourage you to verify the physical address you entered to ensure it precisely matches the official record for your business. Even minor discrepancies or formatting inconsistencies can lead to verification issues.

Once confirmed that the address is accurate, we suggest contacting QuickBooks Merchant support directly. They can provide guidance or escalate if there are specific issues with their verification process and explain your situation.

Additionally, find out how to verify when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account. See this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Please let us know if there are any aspects of the QuickBooks Merchant Services verification process that you require further clarification on. We remain here to help and support you throughout the process.

@JWHIII  Might be a blessing in disguise, judging by the dozens of horror stories people have shared on here about having their payments frozen for months at a time.
