QB not working. Unable to Save workings...

I just want to ask what specific work are you trying to save? Is it a sales transaction or are you trying to save a customized report?

 

We can do basic troubleshooting steps to help you save all your works. We can start with using a private window. Privacy mode will not save cache or history that could cause browser errors. If it works fine, then you'll need to delete the cache on your regular browser. You can also use a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

 

Please let me know if you're referring to something else.

After doing books I saved to an external drive but it didn't save in the program.

If you’ve tried the steps provided by my colleague above and still unable to save files, I’d recommend contacting the support team. They have more tools to look into this issue for further investigation. 
Here’s how you can reach them:

  1. Click Help at the top. 
  2. Select Contact us. 
  3. Type in your concern under How can we help?
  4. Click Continue and select Get a callback/we’ll call you.
