Quick Books App not working on Windows Computer

Hello,

Recently we have started experiencing problems in the quick book online app on a couple of our windows based computers. The program gets stuck before we can even log in. All the mac based ones are fine. I have tried resetting app data, clearing cache and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work. 

Does anyone know what the problem might be and why only windows based ones are affected? And what the solution might be? (We like to use the app rather than online for more security and also because it can keep employees logged in full time).

We've received reports regarding this issue, and our engineers are already working for a fix. You can reach out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team to add your company profile to the list of affected users. We'll spread email updates about this.
