I have been using Quickbooks Pro 2008 on my desktop since 2015. I just bought a new computer and downloaded it again along with the backup info. I had to enter the product and licensing information before running the software. After using it for several days, I tried to use it today and was frozen out. The statement was that Quickbooks had reached the maximum number of unregistered users. When I follow the registration link, it says my phone number doesn't match the information on file. I don't think I'm trying to do anything illegal here. And I can't get through to anyone at Intuit. Any ideas? Thanks for reading.
