Quickbooks Mac 2015 Accounts Glitch

HI All,

 

My one account says it is at at 0.00 balance, however on my Chart of Accounts it shows a figure of 2699.06, please see the screenshots.

 

Does anyone know what is going on with this?

I'm here to help you fix the balance in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

 

You'll need to run the Verify/Rebuild Data Utility to identify and fix any data issues within the company file.

 

To run Verify Data:

 

1. Go to File.

2. Select Utilities.

3. Click Verify Data.

 

To run Rebuild Data:

 

1. Go to File.

2. Select Utilities.

3. Click Rebuild Data.

 

Once done, we'll need to re-sort your lists to ensure its in the default order. You can follow the outlined steps in the article below (scroll-down to QuickBooks for Mac):
