Me too.  It has in 2016 and now in 2019.  It is constant. Is there a way to turn the reports off?

Hi @printshop,

I'm here to help fix the issue you're getting when trying to open a link in QuickBooks Online.

It looks you've encounter an issue with the browser. To help you resolve this, I recommend opening the site in a private browser/incognito window. You may use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private/incognito window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once the steps above work, you’ll need to clear your browser's cache to help you offload some data from your browser. Clearing your browser’s cache also allows it to improve its performance.

Please refer to this article to learn more about clearing the cache in your browser: How do I Clear and my Browser Cache.

Please know that you're always welcome to post again if you have any other concerns. We’re always here to help. Have a wonderful day!

Running most current version of QB, still crashes. I have noticed that it occurs soon after I have changed a date. If I enter a vendor invoice, I =di have to change the invoice date, usually by a couple of days. Moments later I suffer a crash. Calendar seems to remember the date if I visit an older date, and starts creating new invoices with that old date.
