Quickbooks Online Mac App Not Displaying Correctly

Up until recently, my Quickbooks app for Quickbooks online (Mac) worked correctly. Now, my dashboard has all empty boxes and does not show invoice, P&L, banking information, etc.


I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this did not help.

 

Any suggestions?

I've got one more troubleshooting step I'd like you to try before we reach out to our phone agents. Let's refresh your QBO Mac app to fix any damaged files within the program's installation.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data from the drop-down.

If you get the same result, then it's best to contact our Technical Support Team. They have more tools to check why your dashboard is only showing empty boxes instead of your company's financials.

  2. Maximize the Connect with a QuickBooks Expert section to get the phone number.

Hello I just have a question so when someone pays you through the Quickbooks service I’m assuming there is an invoice do that person get your name phone numbers and mailing address connected to your Quickbooks account

I'm here to share some information when receiving funds from your customers.

 

Yes, they may have an open invoice. Hence, you received a payment. You can verify this by linking it to their invoice. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Banking menu, select Banking.
  2. Select the account on which you receive the payment.
  3. Go to the For review tab.
  4. Locate and select the transaction. Ensure that it has a 1 match found link.
  5. Click Match.
