Can i install one copy of Quickbooks Pro 2016 on 2 computers in the same office to access the same company files in Multi-user mode?

Sorry, no. A single license can be installed on up to two computers for use by the same person but they cannot be used in multi-user mode. You need a license for each computer.

I'd like to ask for details about this question/answer. The answer said it can be installed on two computers - does that mean that as long as two people aren't using it at the same time one license will work? My daughter is going to start helping me with the business and I'd like to install it on her computer - I only have time to do bookkeeping on Mondays, she'll be doing it the other days of the week, so if only one person at a time then this will work?

Ok I have 2 separate copies installed on both of the computers (with different licenses) but they both cannot access company files in muli user mode. We get an H202 error. I have re scanned the files on the server with the Database Manager. But we are still unable to access them in Multi user mode.
