Just like what @Rustler said, we don't follow this type of year, crwerner001.

The budgeting feature in QBO only uses the calendar year. You can manually create this budget in Excel though. Just export your Profit and Loss accounts to an Excel spreadsheet and set up the 13 4-week budget there.
