I'm eyeing into the possibility that you might have 2 QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. To verify it, let's go to your Billing & Subscription page and check your subscription details, like the "Next Charge" date. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Click on Billing & Subscription.
If the details shown on that page don't match with your correct QBO account. Please log out from there and log back in using the correct credentials.
