I'd like to know more about your concern. Is there an error that you encountered? What specific data was lost? Is it a bank transaction data?

Hello, yes i lost all my data. i need help i switched banks so i have been working on resenting my acct. [deleted] Id please search for my old acct

Let's find your data and get you back to working order.

 

I'm eyeing into the possibility that you might have 2 QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. To verify it, let's go to your Billing & Subscription page and check your subscription details, like the "Next Charge" date. To do this, please follow these steps:


1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Click on Billing & Subscription.

 

If the details shown on that page don't match with your correct QBO account. Please log out from there and log back in using the correct credentials.

 

If the details on the Billing & Subscription indicate you're logged in to the right account but not seeing your data, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team.  One of them can securely verify your account and help you investigate this issue and find your data.
