Allow me to discuss a few things about the appearance of your company logo and get it set up.
Please note that a company logo should not exceed 10 megabytes (MB) file size. You can seek advice from a graphic designer to create a customized company logo that appears to be large but has a small file size so you can upload it without hassle.
Another option is to import a sales form template so you will have the freedom to upload any company logo file. But first, you'll have to turn on import style.

I've tried and tried to get the logo to be larger on our invoices, etc. I'm not kidding it measures 1/2" by 1/8"! You can hardly see it! We are a design company so we know what we're doing with logo files! There is something in the set up that is shrinking the files to a very, very small size. Help!!

We're experiencing the same problem! Logos are coming out ridiculously small, even though template presents correctly! Definitely a problem with the way QBO is rendering them, and official robotised 'help' of advising people to adjust them using the template editor isn't helpful or working!
This doesn't work. The logo presents correctly when previewing the template, however once save, in use the logo is minuscule. We have the same problem across three QBO files, so this is definitely QBO issue.
You'll want to check if this is a browser-related issue, CTLtd.
There are instances where the cache causes some unexpected behaviors in your account.

I"m also experiencing the same issue. My logo is almost comically tiny, and that's even with the logo set to size "Large". With it set to medium or small it almost disappears.
Please hurry to fix this.
I can't send any invoices out looking like this.
If I do, my customers will point at me and laugh.

I'm also experiencing the same thing. Logo looks great in the template then in Preview PDF and the actual invoice it's ridiculously small. Once the engineering team finds a fix will it automatically update for Quickbooks Online?

Yes, you're right! Once our Product Engineers fix this, it'll automatically update on QBO. You'll also receive a notification through email as well.

We have done all this steps but the logo in our final estimate pdf still shows up very small its something wrong with our picture to begin with?

I am having the same problem, both online and the Mac app. The invoice appears fine as a template, but when it's generated for a client the logo is tiny.
I first noticed this about two weeks ago. This should not take weeks to fix. I can't send out invoices looking like this, it's unprofessional.

I'd like to inform you that being able to view a smaller scale of the logo when generating an invoice in QuickBooks Online is an ongoing issue. Our engineers are still working to have a permanent fix for this matter.
At this time, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account securely and add you to the list of the affected users. This way, you'll be able to receive notifications via email about the status of this concern.

I think your engineers have been hanging around your new spokesperson too long. They've Danny DeVito sized our logos. Please hire his twin Arnold so we can get these invoices looking professional again.
This needs to be fixed ASAP, I can't believe it's taking so long for them to figure it out. What's odd is that I use two different QBO accounts, the logo is working perfectly on the one that was created in late 2017. The more recently created QBO account (month old) is the one having the logo issues. Pass that along and hopefully it will help them solve the problem.

Hello again, thanks for the reply. Can you have your engineers look at the Friendly template specifically? I did extensive testing and determined it's that template which is having the logo size issue for me. The logo is perfect on the Airy Classic template but shrinks when I change to the Friendly template.
I really like the appearance of Friendly and would like it fixed as soon as they are able. Thank you!
I think that's the issue, rectangles don't work!! I switched to my condensed logo and it looks as it should on the invoice. Would be great to include a rectangular logo in the future, though!
