If you're able to log in using your email account in QuickBooks, you can follow the steps provided by JamesDuanT to disable the verification process.
The next time you log into your QuickBooks account, you'll not be asked to enter a code. You'll see the Sign In & Security section once you signed in here.
About your second concern, yes, you can update your email address by making sure that you've logged in to your QuickBooks account. Please follow the steps below to change your personal email address:

I appreciate that you keep on going back to this thread, getting help with your other account. However, I would like to clarify that we don’t do the change here in the Community. As you can notice, my colleagues recommended to fill up the Email Change Request form with a photo of your ID as it’s our way of verifying your request.
I would also like to ask you to please stop posting your emails here since this is a public forum. You can just enter them in the form, so our Support can process the change. As SarahannC stated, the processing time can take 3-4 hours, and you’ll get an email about it.
