Thank you for providing detailed information, @bathjunkiebaybrk.

I've checked to see if there are reported issues with connecting bank account using Google Chrome in QuickBooks Online but found none.

If you haven't already, switch to an incognito mode in Chrome and log back in to QuickBooks Online. Just press CTRL + Shift + N altogether or go to this link on how to do that: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en.

Chrome might have stored too much data that's why you experience this unexpected behavior.  Then let's clear the browser's cache to help remove excess data to start with a clean slate.

Don't hesitate to get back to me if you have additional questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
