The conversion tool only works for Sage 50/Peachtree 2013 and above. To convert your 2011 version, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Data Conversion Team.
They can walk you through the steps to ensure your data from Peachtree is successfully converted to QuickBooks Desktop Pro.
Here's how to contact us:
- Within your QuickBooks Company file, select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu.
- Give a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
- Then click Start messaging to connect with us.
Once the conversion is completed, you can now continue working on your books.
Just a heads up, we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday due to COVID-19. We will resume normal hours as soon as possible.
