I have this same question. I do not have quickbooks, yet I have fees of $20 for march and april. How can I get these refunded?

I can share with you what I know about the charge you're seeing on your account. This indicates transaction fees for the Intuit Payment Service.
For security measures, I would suggest reaching out to our Merchant Service Team so they can verify the charge you've encountered and can further check of you'll need to get a refund.
