Has anyone had an issue with their 3rd party app not integrating with Quickbooks after the sales tax change?

Let's fix the issue you're having with the third-party app, @Frustrated53.

Can you tell us the third-party app that you're referring to? That'll help us check to see if there's an ongoing issue with it.

You can also reach with the third-party app's customer support on how to resolve the connection error you have with QuickBooks and the app.

Here's more information on how to set up and use automated sales tax in QuickBooks Online.

The 3rd party app is Alldata Manage.

I have been through this problem with them and Quickbooks more times that I care to count in the last 3 weeks.  It seems to be falling on deaf ears.  No one wants to help.  They just want to push off on the other company.  For almost 3 weeks I have not been able to export any data from 3rd party app to Quickbooks at all.  I keep being told its being sent to technical to be worked on but I never get any response.  Have called every other day and get the same response.  We are sorry there is nothing we can do to help you.  You certainly take my money every month!  This is not acceptable!!!!!!

Thank you for the additional information, @Frustrated53

There are two ways to integrate third-party applications with QuickBooks. You connect apps with our system where QuickBooks initiates the integration to the app. While the other way is for the third-party to initiate the integration to QuickBooks.

I understand the urgency of being able to integrate Alldata Manage with QuickBooks. Right now, the only way to do is to contact the dedicated Alldata Manage Technician so they can assist you with the process.

If there’s anything else I can help you with in the meantime, please let me know. I’m always here to assist.

@Frustrated53

It is possible the app is not complied yet with the latest requirement

imho, you may have 2 options:

1. Switch one of your products (i.e the app or QBO) to other solution, or

2. Utilize the importer tool for the time being

The app is connected.  Unfortunately Quickbooks is the problem as I've been told.  But no one wants to help.

Hello!! I'm running into these same exact issues with Alldata Manage, but I see that you initially posted this two years ago...did you ever find a resolution? I'm so frustrated with this.

Thanks for joining this thread, @StephEngel.

As much as I'd love to help, your concern is beyond what we're able to support. I recommend reaching out to the Alldata Manage team. They can assist you with issues regarding the integration setup.
