Can not be done in QBO, check the app store there might be something called a report combiner or similar

Hello there, jbaktidy,

 

If these companies have a single Federal Employer Identification Number then you can consolidate their financials. Then, use location tracking to differentiate the sales per company.

However, if these companies have different FEIN, consolidating the financials is impossible. Since the reporting for each company is different. You might encounter a problem with the IRS since it will require the associated FEIN when you file your taxes.
