How can I be a super admin on my online account? I have the self-employed online quickbooks version. I need super admin status to integrate with a 3rd party bank (Brex).

I'll help you out in connecting your Brex bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed. 

You can still add any bank account without an admin status. If you have an accountant added, both of you can connect the Brex bank account. The same can be said if you're under an accountant firm. 

To add an account: 

1. Go to the Transactions tab.
2. Click the arrow icon beside the Add transactions button.
3. Select Add account. 
4. Search for Brex then continue the steps to add it.

After bringing your transactions in, you can start categorizing them for your estimated taxes.

Unfortunately, no this does not work as you have instructed. Please see attached screenshots for the error message I receive each time. I contacted the financial institution (Brex Inc) and they told me I need to be a 'super admin' on Quickbooks Online. Since I have a self-employed account, I'm not sure what to do. Can you help?  If you want to contact Brex to troubleshoot further they are available if you just google 'Brex Inc'

I recommend contacting our Customer Service Team. They have the tools available to investigate what's causing this behavior and work with our engineers to resolve the error. I've included the steps to connect with our customer service team below. 

1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. In the Help window, hit the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
3. Enter your question and tap on Let's talk.
4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
