Printing the 2016 W-2 form is quick and easy. Prior years W-2s (and other filed forms) are saved under the Filing History in the Payroll Center.

You can check this with the Internal Revenue Service website and download the W-2 form from 2018 since you can only print the current and previous year (2020-2019) of the W-2 form in QuickBooks Online.
