How do I remove the Quickbooks Capitol ad from my payments screern? I acn't print Credit card reciepts becuase it pushes the print icon below the bottom of the screen???

To remove the QuickBooks ads from your payment screen, you'll need to click the X or No thanks button. This way will prevent the pop-ups icon to appear again.

I have another way on how to remove the Capital ad, precisionautosou.

Let’s turn off the pop-up messages on your QuickBooks program. I’ll show you how:

1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
2. Click the General tab.
3. Go to the My Preferences tab.
4. Select the Turn off pop-up messages for products and services box.
5. Click OK.

If you get the same thing, let’s optimize QuickBooks' screen resolution. The system requirement has to be 1280x1024 or higher. Please follow these steps:

1. Click the Edit menu, and then select Preferences.
2. Go to the Desktop View.
3. Under My Preferences, click the Display tab.
4. In the Settings window, modify the Resolution.
5. Select Keep Changes.

That way, you should be able to see the Print button, and then print the credit card receipt.
