I can't connect my Capital One account. I get this error: "The old bank connection no longer works ,,,." The "new connection" doesn't work either. What's the problem?

Click on Assistant.
In the message box below, type Talk to a human.
If you're getting suggestions, select Never mind.
You can keep on typing talk to a human until you're connected to an agent.
If they find out that this is a known issue, you can consider importing your bank transactions while waiting for the fix. Then, you can categorize and edit your transactions after.
