Is there a way to refresh QBs back to an earlier date like 3-4-19?

No, well, yes, but it involves a major meltdown or power outage accompanied by immediate failure of the backup generators to kick in and the banks of batteries to bite the dust all at once at teh server farms - but it would have to have happened on 3-5-19, within times between backups.

Backups are entirely out of your control. You cannot backup, you cannot restore, if you make an error you cannot go back in time and start over.  (unless you use desktop QB or own a flux capacitor equipped Delorean)

and of course happened to have made a backup on 3-4-19.

The ChronoBooks app says it automatically makes back-ups every minute, yes minute

"Roll back a backed up company to any time (down to the minute!) since its first backup."

But not having purchased and installed said third party app prior to 3/4/19 there is no in place built into quickbooks way to do tye impossible
