Although, I want to ask if can tell us what type of help do you need? We have a number of available Community articles or quick guides that can might help while waiting for a chat agent. I just need a little more information so I can share them with you.

Lastly, these steps will also guide you on how to reach out to one of our chat support agents for QBSE: 

 

  1. Click Assistant in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Enter the same keyword (Talk to a human) when prompted. 
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Click the Message an agent option.
