Join nowHello all, I am trying to integrate my MileIQ to self employed QuickBooks. I linked to my phone and have tried to "catch up with latest trips..." as it states to do. Notifications are turned on, but, all I see on my iphone 7 plus is circle of death. Thanks for any help. (I have all of 2017 miles in the program, if that makes a difference, it would be quite a lot of data, I think. ) Is there an easier way to use MileIQ with QB?? TIA

Hi there, @mtnesty,
Thanks for posting your concern here in QuickBooks Community. I’m here to share what I know about MileIQ and QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
QBSE is also a mileage tracker application. You just need to turn on the automatic mileage tracker on the app, and the location services and mobile data/Wi-Fi on your iPhone 7.
I’ve added this article to walk you through the complete setup: https://community.intuit.com/questions/1470326
At this time, we’re unable to integrate QBSE with MileIQ. We can only import your 2017 MileIQ trips through the web application.
Here’s how:
1. Log into your QBSE account.
2. Click the Miles tab.
3. Click the Add trip button.
4. Click Import MileIQ trips.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
For more information, you can refer to this article: https://community.intuit.com/questions/1470107
If you have additional questions about QBSE, please let me know. I’m happy to help.

Hey @mtnesty,
Welcome to the community. Do you have everything set up (per @MichelleT's recommended steps) on the QuickBooks Self-Employed end as well?
Here's a screenshot of how to import your trips over from QuickBooks Self-Employed, which you can then edit and categorize as needed.
Hope this helps!
I have QBO Plus and I do not see the Import from MileIQ option why not?
Let me help with your business trips, CColotti.
The steps given above is for QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). While this option is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can manually record them in your account.

I have 2019 worth of mileage on mileiq, that I would like to bring over to quickbooks online.
Once I do that, I am moving to the Quickbooks app so I track simultaneously. However, for now, how do I bring over the info without trying to manually log 500 drives?
Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @dmorris6789.
At this time, the feature to import miles or trip information into QuickBooks Online is unavailable. I'm going to leave feedback to the Development Team in hopes of bringing in this feature. In the meantime, I suggest manually adding in the information. Here's how:
