May I know which bank are you trying to connect with QuickBooks? This will let me know if there are any related reported issues with your bank.
On the other hand, error 355 usually occurs when there's a disrupted connection between QuickBooks and your bank. To resolve this, we can manually update the bank account to refresh the connection. I'll guide you how.
Other than manually updating, you can also import bank transactions using a CSV file: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
Once the bank transactions are in the bank feeds, you can categorize them to make sure your books are accurate.
Reach out to me if you have additional banking questions. I'm here ready to help you. Have a good day!
My Bank is now connected but my Amex business account says there are 10 transactions but they are not showing the detail so I can Add them to my quickbooks.
Thanks

Hey there, @anderson489.
Thanks for following up with us.
Web browsers collect cache (cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the one with your banking update. I recommend clearing the cache. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps for clearing the cache below.
Once you've cleared the cache from your browser, you'll need to close the browser and reopen for the changes to take effect.
If you have further questions or concerns, please let me know. I'll be here every step of the way. You can always reach out to the Community or me anytime you find you need a helping hand. Take care!
