My customer is trying to pay online and she's receiving an error message. she's not able to pay me. Any reasons why?

Let's go to the customer's profile and select the payment method so your customer can pay you online.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales and choose Customers.
  2. Select the customer and click on the Edit button.
  3. In the Payment & billing tab, choose the Preferred payment method from the drop-down.
  4. Click on Save.

Go ahead and send the invoice again to the customer. Please let your customer enter an updated credit card information.
