Need help converting pdf to csv files to upload keeps telling me something wrong with my files

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @support55.

To properly convert your PDF file to CSV format, I recommend contacting the PDF app support. This way, you’ll be guided with the correct process of converting your PDF file.

Once done, you can import your CSV file into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 Here’s how.

  1. Go to the Settings icon.
  2. Select Imports.
  3. Select Browse and choose the file you converted from pdf to CSV.
  4. Select Open, then select Next.
  5. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
  6. Select Import.

Please know that when importing a file you can only use a 3 or 4 column format. Check this article so you’ll be guided when importing CSV files into QuickBooks. Import data using Excel CSV files.

You may also use this handy article if you need some steps or procedures while using QuickBooks Self-Employed. Help article.

Leave your comment below if you need further assistance when importing the CSV file. I am here to help. Have a nice day.
