Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
Select Contact US on the pop-up.
Enter what you're needing assistance with in the What can we help with? field and choose Let's talk.
Click Get a callback.
Enter your contact information.
Select Call me.
If the Contact US doesn't work, let's perform some troubleshooting to fix the issue. First, use a private or incognito window when logging into QuickBooks.
• Press Ctrl + Shift + N keys on your keyboard (Google Chrome).
• Press Ctrl + Shift + P keys on your keyboard (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
• Press Control + Option + P keys on your keyboard (Safari).
