An existing employee might already have the SSN that you're typing in. Let's go to the list of employees and check if the employee already exists in your account. Here's how:
Follow the steps in this article on how to do it: Delete or terminate an employee.
Once deleted, you can proceed to setting up the new employee profile. Let me know if you need anything else.
