The error 20102 you received usually happens when you sign up for a Direct Deposit (DD) and the EIN (Employer Identification Number) is already associated with an old DD account.
To isolate this, I recommend getting in touch with our support team. They can securely check your account and further help you to fix this. You can connect with them by going through these steps:
In your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT):
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Contact Us.
- Give a brief discussion of your issue and click Continue.
- Then choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.
