My transactions are not updating from the bank to quickbook.  I called the bank and was told I needed to call quickbooks because they don't support QBO.

Let’s refresh the bank’s connection to download new transactions. Performing the process is quick and easy, and I’m here to show you.

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel to select the Banking option.

  2. In the Bank and Credit Cards drop-down, choose the account you’re working on.

  3. Hit the Update button located in the upper right hand.

  4. Some banks require additional authentication. If you’re prompted to enter the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials, please follow the onscreen instructions.

Customer's posting in this thread are using QuickBooks Online. If you're referring to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) license number, then I'll still be happy to help you here.

 

There are different ways to get your license number in QBDT. One option is to visit the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) web page. From here you can manage all your QuickBooks Desktop products and perform tasks such as finding your license/product information and downloading your software. 

 

Once you're able to login, in the Product and Services section it will show the lists of all the software you have purchased. The main page only shows the five most recent items, select Show All in the lower right of this section, scroll through the entire list to see all your subscription and purchased the software. 

 

In addition, these article can also help you locate your license number in QuickBooks Desktop.

From there, look for an email confirmation from QuickBooks Self-Employed. We won't be notified if the email was on any of those folders.

 

You can click on the link below so you can log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Just use the same email address as your User ID.

Additionally, you can download the app from your mobile device. Once downloaded, you can now log in using the same credentials. These are the links to download it:

Let’s check the status of your account, @Growworld.

 

You can go to the Account and Settings by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner and click the Account and Settings.
  2. On the left menu, click Billing & Subscription.
  3. Beside the Subscription Status, you can see the current status of the account.

If the status of your account is still subscribed and then you're still getting a message that your account is expiring, then I suggest contacting our Product Support team.

 

They have the tools to further check what causes this error and help in resolving this. You can arrange a callback to reach them. Here’s how:

 

  1. First, go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
  2. Click on Contact Us button to provide some details about this concern.
  3. After adding some insight, tick on the Let's talk button.
  4. Lastly, select the Get a callback button to arrange a call from them.

I will take your question as for QuickBooks Desktop since it's the only platform that can produce an Accountant's copy.

 

You can run the Verify and Rebuild utilities first before creating a copy for your accountant. The Verify utility will help us check which entry caused the error and the Rebuild utility will then fix it.

Let's do some troubleshooting to resolve the error, Lizallstar.

 

Let's start by updating QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. This will help you download the changes, improvements, and fixes that were made to QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

  1. Select Help at the top menu bar, then choose Update QuickBooks.
  2. Choose Update Now at the top, then check the box next to Reset Update.
  3. Click Get Updates.

Once the update is done, let's proceed to these steps:

  1. Press and hold the Ctrl key while double clicking the QuickBooks Desktop icon.
  2. If the program fails to open, see QuickBooks Desktop does not start for steps to resolve.

Now, we'll need to verify that only one computer is hosting your company file, You'll want to turn off hosting other computers.

 

  1. Select Utilities from the QB File menu.
  2. Select Stop hosting multi-user access.

Trying to load Premier Accountant Edition 2011 on a new computer. Have licence # but not Product #. Can you give me the Product number?

You can find your product number from the Customer Account Management Portal for QuickBooks Desktop (CAMPs). Let me guide you how.

 

Before installing QuickBooks Desktop 2011 version, please make sure that your computer meets the system requirement for a smooth process. Also, there are some features you can't work with this QuickBooks version.

 

Here's how you can find your product number:

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. In the Products & Services list, find your subscription.
  3. Select Details.
  4. From there, you can see your license and product number.

I have spent 2/3 hours trying to solve this but to no avail.  My quickbooks account had all four of my accounts on it.  I simply want to submit my accounts to my accountant.  I click my business account in the top box and put in the custom dates section the dates I need which I've already transferred across fro my bank and it is pulling all my accounts into one.  It is driving me insane. HELP.  We've just had a bereavement and I just need to get these done many thanks.

I have reloaded QuickBooks 2007 on a new computer and it would not let me register. I am now locked out. I contacted you 2 days ago and Ken assured me that my product was registered. How do I get around the hard stop?

Which Windows OS do you have? I checked QuickBooks 2007 only supports XP. Did you install it on compatibility mode?
