Customer's posting in this thread are using QuickBooks Online. If you're referring to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) license number, then I'll still be happy to help you here.
There are different ways to get your license number in QBDT. One option is to visit the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) web page. From here you can manage all your QuickBooks Desktop products and perform tasks such as finding your license/product information and downloading your software.
Once you're able to login, in the Product and Services section it will show the lists of all the software you have purchased. The main page only shows the five most recent items, select Show All in the lower right of this section, scroll through the entire list to see all your subscription and purchased the software.

From there, look for an email confirmation from QuickBooks Self-Employed. We won't be notified if the email was on any of those folders.
You can click on the link below so you can log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Just use the same email address as your User ID.

You can run the Verify and Rebuild utilities first before creating a copy for your accountant. The Verify utility will help us check which entry caused the error and the Rebuild utility will then fix it.

I have spent 2/3 hours trying to solve this but to no avail. My quickbooks account had all four of my accounts on it. I simply want to submit my accounts to my accountant. I click my business account in the top box and put in the custom dates section the dates I need which I've already transferred across fro my bank and it is pulling all my accounts into one. It is driving me insane. HELP. We've just had a bereavement and I just need to get these done many thanks.
