Thank you for reaching out. I hope you're enjoying the day.
I recommend repairing the QuickBooks program. Running a repair on the program will repair the components and set it back to its default settings. Sometimes when we get these error messages, it could be due to a damaged component, or the program hasn't be shut down properly. (File, Log off, File, then Exit). Below I've included the steps on how you can repair QuickBooks.
Restart your computer.
Open the Windows start menu in the bottom left corner.
Choose Control Panel.
Once the Control Panel is open, click Programs and Features.
Pick Uninstall a Program. (Don't worry, this will not uninstall QuickBooks).
Select QuickBooks from the list of programs, then Uninstall/Change.
Hit Continue, then repair.
Once the repair has completed, click Finish.
After you've repaired your QuickBooks, you'll need to restart your computer again.
