Currently, there's an ongoing investigation where users are unable to see their vendor transactions. Let me explain this further.

 

The QuickBooks mobile app helps customers like yourself get paid when you're on-the-go. It offers convenience to users who travel.

 

However, iPhone users aren't able to view their vendor transactions using the mobile app. But don't worry, our engineers are working on this to help you view those transactions.

 

In the meantime, I highly suggest getting in contact with our QuickBooks Online Support team. This way, they can add you to their list of affected user. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click on Help.
  3. Choose Contact Us.

Once you're on the list, you'll receive email updates about the progress of this investigation.

It's been a week since we received this report, lmg557419.

 

Some customers aren't able to see vendor transactions using the QBO Mobile App. As recommended, uninstalling and reinstalling the app would help to retrieve the data.

 

If it doesn't work, please reach out to us directly. We will add your account to our affected list of users.

 

From your QuickBooks Online, click on the Help menu and select Contact us. Enter Vendor Transactions not showing up using QBO Mobile App in the search field, then click on Let's talk. Please choose a way to reach us.
